Respective counsel, upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the applications with further liberty to appear before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, F.C., Baramati. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The applicants submit that they would surrender before the learned Magistrate on or before 29th January 2018. In view of this, the applicants stand protected till 5.00 pm. of 29th January 2018. Upon failure to appear before the Magistrate on the scheduled date, the investigating agency would be at liberty to arrest them.
