In view of the supervening event of the elections being already held, the above Petition seeking a direction for inclusion of the names of the Petitioners in the voters list has turned infructuous. The above Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. However, it would be open for the Petitioner to take a recourse in law if they are aggrieved by the results of the elections or their non inclusion in the voters list.
