This is an application for condonation of delay of 54 days in preferring the Appeal against Judgment and Order dated 24/06/2022 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Pune, in Special (POCSO) Case No.67/2018. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that after his conviction the MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Applicant was taken in the custody. There was no male member MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Date: 2022.12.07 11:31:22 +0530 in the family. Only mother was looking after him and she was in poor financial state. Therefore she could not engage an advocate at that time.
