The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 8, on instruction, makes a statement that Respondent Nos. 1 to 8 will pay the amount of the last year fees plus 15% increase thereof for the period from June 2015 till November 2015 within four weeks and 1/2

dgm 2 901-caw-3057-15.sxw will continue to pay the same till further orders. This is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties. All points are kept open.

Civil Application stands disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
