The above Civil Application has been filed seeking interim stay of the award passed by the Maharashtra Accident Claims Tribunal, Satara. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant Shri S R Singh states that on the decretal amount being deposited by the Applicant/Appellant in the Trial Court, the same has been withdrawn by the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 who are the claimants and heirs of the deceased. The said withdrawal it seems is in terms of the condition that has been imposed by the Trial Court. Be that as it may, since the decretal amount has already been withdrawn, the above Civil Application seeking interim stay of the award of the Maharashtra Accident Claims Tribunal, Satara has turned infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as such.
