Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents in Criminal Revision Application No. 197 of 2017 submits that he would take appropriate steps to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.2 on record. This is pursuant to Criminal Application No.549 of 2017 filed by the legal heirs of the respondent No.2 wherein the death certificate of respondent No.2 has been annexed.
