P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the Trial arising out of CR No. 161 of 2018 registered with Yerwada Police Station, District Pune, now culminated in Sessions Case No. 346 of 2018 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Pune does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
