By this application, the applicant seeks modification/relaxation of the condition No. (i) of para 6, as imposed vide order dated 21st October, 2015 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1983 of 2015. The said condition reads thus:

"(i) The applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount."

The learned Counsel for the applicant requests that the said condition be modified and instead of one or two sureties, the applicant be permitted to give one or more sureties in the like amount. 4.

The said condition is modified/relaxed accordingly. The same shall now read as under:

"(i) The applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount."

Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 21st October, 2015, to remain as it is.

The application is accordingly allowed in the above terms. 7.
