Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that during the pendency of Appeal, Original Respondent No. 1 i.e. mother of Master Om Sachin Lokhande has died. There is no one to look after Master Om Lokhande after the death of his mother.

Applicant No. 1 is maternal uncle of the Master Om. He be appointed as 'Next Friend-Guardian' of Master Om. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant and reasons mentioned in the application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 6.
