Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners in all these petitions are indeed eligible for their registration on Pavitra Portal for the reason that the petitioners have successfully cleared the Teachers Aptitude and Intelligence Test. He further submits that even though the names of the petitioners are there in Teachers Eligibility Test Scam, the petitioners are not seeking their registration on the Pavitra Portal on the basis of their clearing Teachers Eligibility Test and the basis of their claim is of successful clearance of 1/2 918-WP-12596-2023 & WP-12597-2023 & WP-12598-2023.doc Dixit

Teachers Aptitude and Intelligence Test. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that such justification given by the other similarly situated petitioners has been accepted as valid by a Coordinate Bench at Aurangabad in Writ Petition No.8534 of 2023 decided on 14 th September 2023, which has been followed in a bunch of the matters in Writ Petition No.6163 of 2023, along with other connected matters, decided on 29 th September 2023 by another Division Bench at Nagpur. The learned counsel for the petitioners, therefore, submits that even these petitioners now be permitted to get themselves registered on the Pavitra Portal.

Learned AGP for respondent no.1-State informs the court that irrespective of the merits of the matter, all these petitions have been rendered infructuous because the last date of submission of application for seeking registration on the Pavitra Portal has expired, which date was of 30 th September 2023, which was extended upto 6 th October 2023.

If the last date of submission of the application for registration on the Pavitra Portal has now expired, we are of the view that all these petitions have now been rendered infructuous. All these petitions are, therefore, disposed of as infructuous.
