Perused the order dated 23rd October 2015 passed in the Writ Petition after hearing the Advocate for the applicant/writ petitioner and after taking into consideration the letter dated 23rd October 2015 which was submitted to the Court by the learned AGP. After passing of the said order, the applicant had no business to make an application dated 28th October 2015 by incorporating an objection even as regards the date of election. Hence, there is no merit in the application and the same is rejected.
