Heard Mr. Mehta learned counsel appearing for the Applicant - Insurance Company. He submitted that there is delay of 59 days in fling the First Appeal in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.669 of 2011 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nashik.

Perused of the Civil Application. For the reasons stated therein, the Application is allowed by condoning the delay of 59 days in fling the First Appeal.

It is informed that the entire decreetal amount of
