The Petitioners have challenged the impugned notification dated 20th October, 2015 issued by the Collector, Solapur for excavation of sand from various areas in Solapur District. The period of tender of excavation of sand is substantially over and, as such, the petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. 2.

Hence, writ petition is disposed of, reserving the right of the Petitioner to challenge if any fresh notification is issued. All contentions of both the parties are kept open. Civil Application for intervention does not survive and is accordingly disposed of. M.S. SONAK, J.
