This application is preferred for pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.61 of 2021, registered with Chaturshringi Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 272, 273 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("the Penal Code") and Sections 30(2)(a), 26(2)(i) and 26(2)(iv) of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.

By an order dated 22nd December, 2021, this Court was persuaded to grant interim pre-arrest bail. In the intervening period, investigation is complete and charge-sheet has been 1/2

16-ABA3102-21.DOC lodged on 4th March, 2022. It appears that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, on 15th January, 2022 the applicant was arrested and released on bail.
