Heard. By the instant application, the Petitioner is seeking restoration of above writ petition, which came to be dismissed for failure to remove office objections within the stipulated time. Mr. Lawate, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant makes a statement that he would remove office objections within four weeks from today. Statement is accepted. In view of the statement, and in the light of averments made in paragraph 2 to 7 of the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Writ petition stands restored to the file. Let it come on board as per its own turn. 2.
