This is an application for modification of the condition of attendance in terms of Clause (5) of the order dated November 15, 2019 passed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the applicant. The applicant has regularly attended for last three years.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed.

Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that there is one FIR registered against the applicant under Section 354

7. ia 4138.22.doc and 506 of the Indian Penal Code with N. M. Joshi Police Station.

In my opinion, mere registration of the FIR has nothing to do with the request made by the applicant for modification of the condition.

The clause (5) of the order dated November 15, 2019 will stand modified. Instead of clause (5), now the applicant to attend the Investigating Officer, as and when called. 6.

The application is disposed of.
