1] This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.2152 of 2014 which came to be dismissed for default on 16th October 2015.

2] Non one is present on behalf of the applicant/petitioner, when the application was called out. The order dated 16th October 2015 also reveals that the said petition was earlier dismissed for want of prosecution on 7th October 2014 and again was restored on 5th December 2014. Today also same is the position. In view thereof, this application is dismissed for default.
