In the above Writ Petition, this Court had passed a detailed order on 27th September, 2023 granting certain ad- NOVEMBER 28, 2023 Aswale

22.WP.7064.23.DOC interim reliefs and had kept the matter thereafter. This ad-interim order dated 27th September, 2023 was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Hon'ble Supreme Court, by its order dated 13th October 2023, has inter alia set aside the said adinterim order and also dismissed the above Writ Petition. In light of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 13th October 2023 and which is tendered to us today, no further orders are necessary in the above Writ Petition as it is already dismissed pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of the dismissal of the above Writ Petition, nothing survives in the above Interim Application and the same is also accordingly disposed of.
