The application is filed for intervention in the aforesaid petition. Though none appears for the applicant, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the applicant was heard before the caste scrutiny committee. In that view of the matter, we allow the applicant to intervene in the petition. The civil application is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and is disposed off as such. 2.

The petitioner is directed to amend the cause-title of the petition and implead the applicant as party respondent and, thereafter, serve amended copy of the petition upon all concerned. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2
