This is an Application for seeking stay to the execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 30 December 2019 passed by the learned MACT Baramati, District Pune in MACP No.122 of 2014. 2.

Mr. Aniket Nangave i/b Mr. N.V. Bhutekar for the Appellant/Applicant submits that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited in the MACT and stay was granted on 21 March 2022. 3.

Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and having perused the Application, let the stay granted on 21 March 2022 be continued till final disposal of the Appeal.

This is an Application for seeking withdrawal of amount deposited in the MACT, Baramati, Pune.
