By a reasoned order dated 13.10.2017, the Applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer to join the process of investigation.

Perused the record of investigation. It appears from the record that the Applicant has complied with the directions and has joined the process of investigation. The investigation of the present crime is based on the documents and the same have been already seized by the police. In view thereof, the custodial interrogation for further investigation of crime is not necessary. In view therefore, interim relief granted by an order dated 13.10.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
