Petitioners are present with their Advocate. Respondent No. 2 - Complainant is present with his Advocate. Parties are jointly requesting for quashing of FIR which is under Sections 387, 420, 506(2) & 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
Respondent No. 2 has handed over an Affidavit giving his no objection.

Parties state that they are relatives and because of
WP 4363-18.doc relations, the compromise has been reached. Possession of premises is handed over to developers and there is no complaint about it.

They also inform that the alleged offence under Section 387 is for obtaining forcibly the signatures of landlord. That landlord is also a close relative and has expired recently. 5.
In view of joint request, we accept Affidavit on record. 6.
Subject to parties paying costs of Rs. 10,000/- each to Police Welfare Fund of State of Maharashtra within four weeks from today and filing an undertaking with Registrar of this Court as also with Sir J. J. Marg Police Station, Mumbai that they will not indulge in such behaviour again. We make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
