1. The writ petition has already been admitted. By this civil application, the respondent no.1 seeks a direction to pay wages, allowances and all benefits at par with the permanent employees of the petitioner. The applicant is currently in the employment of the petitioner and is stated to be under contractual arrangement. It is not disputed that he is being paid wages as per arrangement and he continues to render services to the petitioner.

2. In view of the fact that the petition is admitted and yet to be heard, there is no ground to grant the prayer in the civil application. The other prayer is sought to fix early date of hearing. In view of the fact that the petition is of 2013 and petitions of earlier years are pending, there is no ground made out for fixing early date of hearing. Civil application is disposed of in above terms.
