Rane 2/2 WP-5102-2019 (SR.33) 9.10.2019 passed in the backdrop of court directions dated 4th October, 2019 we are not inclined to examine its validity or otherwise.

Petitioner has reported back at 16.30 hrs on 7 th October, 2019 in prison.

He was out of prison for 43 hours and charges demanded for a Constable accompanying him with the travel charges are roughly Rs.14,000/-. Without laying down any precedent, we direct petitioner to deposit Rs.7,000/- with the respondents in the next seven days. Subject to this, petition is disposed off.
