1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and appellant. 2] This application is for withdrawal of the amount of compensation. Learned counsel for the appellant points out that the appeal is both on the counts of quantum of compensation and also negligence on the part of the deceased.

3] In view thereof, the applicants are permitted to withdraw only 50% amount of compensation subject to furnishing usual undertaking.

4] Application is disposed off accordingly.
