In the lis, between Licensee and Licensor, in respect of the suit property, the Competent Authority directed the Plaintiff-Licensee, to vacate the 'suit' flat, vide Judgment and Order dated 15 th December, 2020. Licensee assailed Competent Authority's order in Writ Petition No. 1177/2021. Order dated 5 th March, 2021 in Writ Petition shows that possession of the suit property has been handed over by the Najeeb 1/2

The judgment of the Competent Authority and Order in Writ Petition No. 1177/2021 are taken on record and marked X-1 for identification. In that view of the matter, appeal is disposed of alongwith Interim Application.
