After arguing for sometime, the Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, he should be

He submits that, next date before the Debt Recovery Tribunal is 19th October, 2018. He submits that, the petitioner may be permitted to move application for early hearing of pending application before returnable date before the DRT. Same is permitted. To that effect, the petitioner submits in writing. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The same is accepted.

Writ Petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
