The petition raises disputed question of facts. Be that as it may, the petitioners have already filed suits in respect of the grievance made in the present petition. That apart, the dispute between two individual cannot be entertained in exercise of the writ jurisdiction. The petition is therefore not maintainable and we accordingly dismiss the same.
