This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety. Applicant was granted bail by this court vide order dated 31st August, 2018. Applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.50,000/-, for a period of four weeks. It is submitted that the applicant has furnished surety before the trial Court and the verification report is awaited. It is, therefore, prayed that time to furnish surety be extended by a period of six weeks. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, time to furnish surety, as stipulated in order dated 31st August, 2018, is extended by a further period of six weeks. Application is disposed of. (PRAKASH D.
