Heard. The learned counsel for the petitioners, upon instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court, seeks liberty to withdraw the Petition. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

Needless to say that the interim relief granted vide order dated 17.6.2010 stands vacated.

It is made clear that all contentions are kept open. The petitioners would be at liberty to approach the appropriate Court and seek appropriate relief and the Court shall not be influenced by the withdrawal of this Petition.
