Ms. Penkar seeks time on the ground that the sole petitioner has expired. Even that request was made on 15.11.2016. It appears that despite obtaining time, no steps are taken. As the sole petitioner has expired, petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to legal representatives of the petitioner to apply for revival of the petition by taking out application for substitution.
