After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if trial arising out of C.R.No.35 of 2017 registered with Versova Police Station, Mumbai, now culminated into Special Case No.121 of 2017 does not commence within a period of one year from today.
