The present petition is directed against the interim order dated 11.12.2013 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pimpri, Pune under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and confirmed by the Appellate Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to canvass all the contentions before the Trial Court in the application preferred under Section 12 of the said Act, by respondent No.2.
