This is an application seeking expeditious hearing of Criminal Appeal No.1278 of 2012. The appellant herein is acquitted by the Special Court of the charges under Sections 7, 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

It is submitted that the applicant has undergone angiography in May 2015. Since the appeal against acquittal is pending, he has been denied the pensionery benefits. In view of this, the matter be finally heard on 15.12.2015.
