In this view of the matter, for the reasons stated in

504. caa 102.22.doc the application for restoration, appeal from order is restored after condoning the delay in filing the application. The application is allowed.

Nothing survives for consideration in the appeal from order as the suit itself stands disposed of unconditionally in view of the order dated 18/11/2017 passed by the trial Court.
