Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that apart from Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 other Respondents are formal parties. They were not available for signing the petitions and vakalatnama. Hence, they made as party respondents.

By all these petitions, the petitioners are challenging the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar Co. operative Societies, Maharashtra State, Pune Division Pune in Applications for Stay, in Appeals preferred by them challenging the order passed by the Assistant Registrar Co. Op. Societies under Section 77A of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, appointed Administrator in respect of Society. In that Stay Applications, the Appellate Authority granted partial stay in favour of petitioner, directing appointed Administrator not to take charge of the societies.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Appeals are due for hearing before 2/3

the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co. Operative Societies at Pune on 08.11.2016.

As the Appeals are pending for hearing and final disposal, in the interest of justice without going into merits of matters, the following order is passed: a) Appellate Authority i.e. Divisional Joint Registrar, Co.operative Societies, Maharashtra State, Pune Division Pune is directed to decide the Appeals filed by the Petitioners on 08.11.2016 and or before 15.11.2016.

b) Liberty granted to the Petitioners to take out appropriate proceeding, in case, appeals are not decided as stated hereinabove.

c) With these directions, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
