This application has been filed by the third party, seeking to be joined in Writ Petition No.12520 of 2016. At the out set, learned Counsel Shri Warunjikar, appearing for the original Petitioner, placed on record a G. R. dated 22nd February, 2019 issued by the Maharashtra Government, on the basis of which, he stated that, the Petitioner would withdraw the main Petition. Upon request, this Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
