The Petitioners claim to be project affected persons and the grievance is to compensatory land not being allotted to them as envisaged by the Maharashtra Project Affected Persons Rehabilitation Act, 1999. The Petitioners are willing to deposit 65% of the compensation received by them for agricultural land belonging to them or their predecessor-in-interest being acquired for Ambe Ohal Medium Irrigation Project. Along with the Writ Petition, the Petitioners have filed documents to show that their names have been entered in the Sankalan Register recording therein the Award under which their or their predecessor's-in-interest lands were acquired. Extent of acquired land as also extent of compensatory land to be allotted has been entered therein. In similar circumstances Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 21038 of 1/2

(9) WPST 27028-19 2018 was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 10.01.2019 issuing six directions.

Thus, we dispose of the Writ petition declaring that the said six directions would be treated as directions in the instant Writ Petition with the clarification that therein the directions were to the Deputy Collector, Resettlement, Pune. In the instant case the directions would be to the Deputy Collector, Resettlement, Kolhapur and the date when the Petitioners shall appear before the Deputy Collector, Resettlement, Kolhapur would be 20.01.2020.
