The Addl PP Mr. Kondedeshmukh on instructions of PSI Mr. Tone of Kurla Police Station, states that the charge sheet has already been filed on 11-2018. The offences involved are one under the Special Act i.e. POCSO. In view of the said development, we do not deem it appropriate to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Cr.PC and Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, we leave open such remedies as are available in law to the Petitioner for being availed of at the appropriate stage.
