1) The applicant is apprehending arrest in RC No.16 of 2015 now culminated into Special (ACB) Case No.6 of 2016, CBI ACB, Mumbai. 2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the present case the CBI has already filed the chargesheet on 24th June 2016 and therefore the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. The Special P.P. for the C.B.I. on instructions fairly submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. In view thereof, the applicant is protected by an interim relief.

3) Hence the following Order:

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in RC No.16 of 2015 now

Dond 2/2 aba.1901-2016.sxw culminated into Special (ACB) Case No.6 of 2016, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more local sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the Office of the CBI ACB, Mumbai once in three months i.e. on every first Monday of the said month between 11.00 a.m. to

1. p.m.

(iii) The applicant shall also attend all dates before the Trial Court.
