By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, Petitioner is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 5th June, 2012 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Application No. 1679 of 2005 holding that Petitioner along with Respondent No.3 are liable to pay a sum of Rs. 89,000/- by way of compensation with interest @ 8% per annum. 3.

After arguing sometime, the learned Counsel Mr. Mohammadali Chunawala for Petitioner submit that they may be

To that effect, he has given in writing on Farad. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Same is accepted. 4.
