We direct the respondent nos. 2, 3, 4 & 5 to decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of pay scale of senior clerk as expeditiously as possible by treating the present petition as his representation. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall make available the copy of the petition to the said respondents within a period of four weeks from today.

We direct the respondents herein to decide the claim for entitlement of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of twelve weeks from the production of this order alongwith the copy of the petition.
