Learned counsel appearing for the parties have arrived at a consensus that RAE & R. Suit No.1440/2017 dated 20/6/2017 and RAE & R. Suit No.1621/2017 dated 25/9/2017 can be clubbed and heard together.

In view of the consensus which has been arrived at, learned counsel for the Petitioner is not pressing for the other reliefs which were sought in the Application filed below Exhibit "40" in RAE & R. Suit No.1440/2017.

In view of the above, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. It is directed that the trial Court club and try RAE &
