Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Applicants/Petitioners as well as the learned counsel for Non-Applicants.

Having perused the Review Petition and the documents annexed thereto, we do not find that there is any error apparent on the face of record to invoke review jurisdiction. The Review Application as well as the Affidavit filed thereafter do not state that the earlier communications dated 6th May 2003 and 6th October 2003 had been wrongly issued. In absence of any explanation whatsoever for these two communications on the basis of which the judgment dated 28th April 2022 was delivered there is no ground to exercise review jurisdiction. The Application is therefore rejected.
