The learned counsel appearing for the Appellants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Appeals. He, however, prays that reasonable time may be granted to the Appellants to comply

lpa-264,265.12.sxw with the requisitions in notice dated 15th July, 2008 issued by the Deputy Collector (Encroachments) and Competent Authority. 2.

Accordingly, we dismiss the Appeals as withdrawn. We grant time of three months to the Appellants to take action in terms of notice dated 15th July, 2008. Civil Application Nos.442 and 443 of 2012 do not survive and the same are disposed of.
