The learned AGP points out, and which is also accepted by the Petitioner, that the grievance of the Petitioner- the Government Servant is against the Director of Medical Education and Research, and though the ultimate objective of the Petitioner is to secure admission, the proceedings will have to be filed before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will do so. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of keeping all contentions of the parties open.
