This matter is moved by way of praecipe dated 21.10.2015 for speaking to minutes of the order dated 08.10.2015. In paragraph 4 of the said order, Criminal Case Number is inadvertently mentioned as 'CC No.124 of 2014' instead of 'CC No.I-122 of 2014'.

In view thereof, 'CC No.124 of 2014' in paragraph 4 of the said order shall stand substituted by 'CC No.I-122 of 2014'. Original order stands corrected accordingly.
