By an order dated 9.6.2017 the period to deposit an amount of Rs.4.00 lacs in the registry of this Court was extended by 4-weeks. By the said order it was made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. The registry has put a note that the applicant has not deposited the said amount of Rs.4.00 lacs in pursuance of the orders dated 28.4.2017 and 9.6.2017 in the registry of this Court within the stipulated period.
