The contention in the Application is that from the material in the Charge-sheet it appears that there is no case made out against the Applicant. If that be so, a remedy is available to the Applicant to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court. By keeping open the remedy, we dispose of the Application. All the contentions are kept open.
