This is an application seeking regular bail in Crime No. 252 of 2016 registered with Dahisar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

A perusal of the FIR and charge-sheet reflects that the property, which is the subject matter of the crime, is recovered from the present applicant. The main co-accused is absconding. There are criminal antecedents of similar crime against the present applicant. No case is made out. The application is rejected. 3.

The Bail Application is, accordingly, disposed of. 4.
